How to order

Even though a few steps are needed, ordering is really easy!

First, please, choose the crystal shape and the number of pieces you like to order, then place your order in our e-shop.

Then you need to place an order for engraving. You can do it in two ways:

1.     via contact formular – do not forget to insert your order number in the e-mail title, it will speed up your order;

2.     by sending an e-mail to: info@crystals3d.com – also here do not forget to insert your order number.

What can we engrave?

We can engrave any design (picture) you send us (as .jpg, .png, .gif or other). We can convert faces, small animals or figures from 2D picture to 3D format (please, read conditions in Order and delivery). Please, contact us for 2D to 3D conversion conditions.

Next to the picture we can add any text. After the composition of picture and the text is ready, we send it to you for your approval.

We can also take a picture of max. 5 faces together – this way  we do not have to charge for 2D to 3D conversion. Taking 3D picture we need to arrange individually.
